Brass Processing

All of our brass has been sorted first Tromels, which remove the 22s, trash and steel casings. Next the we sort by body/rim diameter with Roll Sorters, then by height with SnapSorters. Lastly it is hand sorted to remove nickel, bad and defective cases, and any aluminum that may have slipped through. The brass then may be cleaned with our wet industrial vibratory cleaners (250 lbs at a time) , then dried with a heated corncob mixture to bring out the shine.

When we package the brass, we add an additiona 2-3% extra to coverage any shortages and any bad brass we may have missed.

Hard to find

I've hunted high and low for these, seems like everyone was out last month. Glad to see that you have enough in stock to take care of me for this quarter, but hope you get some more in. Last time I bought them, they were the best I had seen, they you was out for a while and I had to shop elsewhere. Your are my first choice as I like them clean and free shipping.
