Shipping/Delivery/Tax Information

Is shipping really FREE? For you, Yes! US Reloading Supply pays all shipping rates on orders over $25. For orders under $25, you only pay a small handling fee. EXCEPTION: HazMat (Hazardus Material, i.e. Powder/Primers) are NOT covered by Free Shipping. HazMat is not shipped, it is pickup only at the Venice, FL, store location.

Split or Consolidated Shipments: At our discretion, we may split shipments at no additional cost to you. However, if we consolidate separate orders and one had a handling fee, we will not provide a refund of the handling fee.

Shipping Warrantees and guarantees are valid for original purchaser only. Resale or transfer to another party voids all warrantees and guarantees and refunds or exchanges are not allowed.  All claims about lost, damaged or missing packages or contents issues must be done within 60 days of shipping. This is a Carrier requirement.

Incorrect Address. All orders that are returned to us with an invalid or insufficent shipping address will be charged the full shipping amount that we are billed from the carrier. The Order will then be refunded, minus the shipping amount, and a 5% restocking fee. Questions on how to verify your address? Use Smarty Streets! If it shows invalid, it will probably not be delivered.

Shipping to Other than Billing Address. Due to the large amount of credit card fraud, we only ship to the Billing Address. If you would like to use a Shipping Address rather than the Billing Address, we need a copy of an official statement confirming the address such as a utility bill, driver’s license, or government ID with your name and the shipping address shown. Email us a copy within 48 hours of your order and we will update our records to allow you to always use that address. Otherwise the order will be cancelled and your credit card will be refunded minus a 5% restocking/credit card fee.

In-stock items typically ship within 1 to 3 business days of payment via USPS Priority or UPS mail. We ship all items at the same time and will hold the order until all items are available (in the case of back orders.) Arrival is usually 3 to 5 days after receipt of payment, however, this is not a guarantee due to weather, holidays, and other unavoidable circumstances that may cause delay.

We ship all reloading components with tracking information. Once product has been shipped, you may receive tracking information directly from USPS or UPS. You can always check the status of your order and the tracking number by signing in (if you created an account), and going to Account, Orders, Details. Please note, we can not file a claim or do refunds on lost shipments until at least 15 days after the items were shipped nor later than 60 days, please see our Terms and Conditions page for more information on this.  Orders over $100 may require a signature, at our discretion. Contact your carrier for delivery instructions. High value items should not be left at the door due to theft. If you choose to have the carrier leave a package, then we will not longer be held responable for that shipment.

Please note, although we try and keep our inventory up to date, due to sales at multiple locations, online, and during high volume times, some items may show in stock but are actually sold out. If the item is sold out, it will be backordered for you and dispatched as soon as it comes in.


Always make sure you use the correct ammunition for your firearms. Before ordering, check your state and local laws for all applicable firearms and ammunition regulations. Due to Department of Transportation regulations, we cannot accept returns on ammunition, powder or primers. No refunds will be issued for hazmat items that have shipped from our facility, under any circumstances.

  - You must be at least 21 to purchase ammunition.
  - Due to legal and safety regulations, ammunition and HAZMAT sales are final and do not qualify for a return.
  - All ammunition and HAZMAT ships via Ground.
  - Due to Federal Transportation regulations, there are no sales of ammunition or HAZMAT outside of the Continental United States (CONUS). This includes Alaska, Hawaii, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.
  - California: No direct sales. All sales must go through a licensed dealer who must provide US Reloading Supply with a valid license prior to shipment.
  - Connecticut: A valid Connecticut Carry Permit or Ammunition Certificate is required.
  - Illinois: A valid Firearms Owners Identification Card is required.
  - New York: No ammunition sales.
  - Washington DC: No ammunition sales.

For states requiring documentation for ammunition sales, please make sure those documents are emailed with the order number(s) to within 3 business days or the order will be automatically canceled.

Incorrect Shipping Address
If you provided an incorrect shipping address but email us prior to shipment, we can correct the address at no charge. If your order has been shipped, an address change fee of $15.00 per package will be added. If You Refuse Delivery, miss the deliveries and we must reship, a 10% restocking fee will be charged.

LEGAL NOTICE: We are not familiar with the laws of all 50 states, each county, city, town, etc. Ensure you are legally allowed to order and possess the following:
• Brass Casings - CA, DC and MA, please check your local laws for restrictions before ordering any unprimed brass products.
Bullets/Shot - CA, DC and MA, please check your local laws for restrictions before ordering any shot or bullet products.
Powder & Primers - CA, DC, MA, NJ, and NY, please check your local laws for restrictions before ordering gunpowder products and/or primers.

Due to government regulations (ITAR), products will only be shipped to U.S. & U.S. Military addresses. US Reloading Supply cannot accept any overseas addresses (other than U.S. military).


If you receive products that are defective, miscounted, incomplete, or if we ship the wrong item, US Reloading Supply will replace, exchange, or refund the item at your discretion. We occasionally make mistakes which we will correct! If you purchased the wrong item, this is outside of our of control, but we may accept it and refund you (minus a 5% restocking fee) if you pay the return shipping charge. Due to government regulations Ammunition, Powder and Primers CANNOT be returned and will not be refunded. No refunds will be issued for ammo or hazmat items that have shipped from our facility, under any circumstances.
