Incorrect Address. All orders placed have a copy of the order sent to the email address included with that order. Customers must ensure that the order and address is correct. All orders that are returned to us with an invalid shipping address will be charged the full shipping amount that we are billed from the carrier. The Order will then be refunded, minus the shipping amount.
Shipping to Other than Billing Address. Due to the large amount of credit card fraud, we only ship to the Billing Address. If you would like to use a Shipment Address other than the Billing Address, please provide us a copy of an official statement (utility bill, etc), Drivers License or id with your name and the shipping address shown. Email us a copy and we will update our records to allow you to always use that address. Otherwise the order will be cancelled if this is not provided within 48 hours and your credit card will be refunded minus a 5% restocking/credit card fee.
High Value Items. Some items that are high value or are easy to resell (at our loss), may at our descrition, require validation of payment and shipping address by the customer. Orders not validated within 48 hours will be canceled and your credit card refunded minus a 5% restocking fee.
We ship all reloading components with tracking information. Once product has been shipped, you may receive tracking information directly from USPS or UPS. You can always check the status of your order and the tracking number by signing in (if you created an account), and going to Account, Orders, Details. Any orders over $100 will require a signature. Contact your carrier for delivery instructions. High value items should not be left at the door due to theft. Please note, we can not file a claim, or do refunds on lost shipments until at least 15 days after the items were shipped. Additionally, USRS will issue no refunds for missing/lost packages until the US Postal Service concludes their Domestic Claims investigation, which may take up to 60 days. Customers may file their own claims, after 15 days, and communicate directly with USPS. If you file a claim, please do not ask us to file a claim as well, duplicate claims do not speed up the process at all, and only slow down the process for everyone else. Often times, the investigation results in the package being found, and delivered.
Warrantees and guarantees are valid for original purchaser only. Resale or transfer to another party voids all warrantees and guarantees and refunds or exchanges are not allowed. Additionally, purchasing more than the allowed quantities in a 24 hour period for the same address, credit card or name is not allowed and will result in all purchases being canceled and the credit card refunded. On products that are limited quantities, the limits apply per household per day, except for powder and primers which are per household per week.
LEGAL NOTICE: We are not familiar with the laws of all 50 states, each county, parish, city, town and village. Ensure you are legally allowed to order, receive and possess the items you are ordering. We are not liable for your ordering and obtaining any item on this website that may be prohibited by your laws. Should we be involved in a lawsuit for your ordering products that you are prohibited from having, you will be listed in that lawsuit as well. Your agreement to our policies includes having a valid firearm identification (FID) card or other required permit if your state or locality requires one.
We reserve the right to change without notice, price, availability, specifications, correct typographic, photographic or descriptive errors and may refuse orders or cancel at our discretion.

ALL BRASS, new and once fired, must be thoroughly inspected and resized. Inspect product for correct caliber and primer size, as incorrect caliber or “bad” brass will ship occasionally. Removing crimped primers with a standard die may damage your die. US Reloading Supply is not liable for damage to your equipment under any circumstances.
Once Fired Brass (OFB) is NOT new brass, but an ammunition/firearms industry term that loosely describes used brass cases. Many include military casings and foreign brands. Although called “once” fired, the actual number of times fired is unknown. OFB may have slight imperfections such as minor dings, dents, or bent mouths. Most flaws can be easily removed during resizing. What cannot be removed during resizing may be removed upon your first firing. OFB is mixed commercial and military headstamps (usually shown in mm) and may have crimped pockets.
Tarnished or Dark Brass and Bullets. Occasionally, brass and bullets will come from the manufacturer tarnished or with spots or discolorations. This does not affect the quality of the component and can be easily removed by tumbling or using steel wool. If only using the brass or bullets for decoration; never intending to be fired, a product such as Brasso can be used to enhance their shine. Be aware that products such as Brasso contain ammonia which is known to harden brass and sometimes cause split cases when fired. Do NOT use such products for brass or bullets that will be loaded and fired. Darkened brass (typically once fired) is usually caused by being left in a cleaning solution too long. This does not affect the quality of the brass, and the color should return to normal after being fired and cleaned a few times. Discolored or tarnished bullets are usually caused by the manufacturing using stock that has been stored for a long period of time. Also, while we pride ourselves on how "shiny" our washed and polished once fired brass usually turns out, we do not guarantee "shiny" brass. We make all reasonable efforts to keep our brass in climate controled conditions at our facility, but the shine of brass can quickly dull if/when subjected to moisture and heat while in transit to it's final destination.
Load Data and Velocities. Check the manufactures website for important load data and max velocities for their product. This information changes from time to time, so should always be checked prior to reloading.
Persons using this site, and placing orders warrant that they are not prohibited by local, state or Federal law or any other regulation to receive, purchase, possess, or use ANY and ALL items purchased from US Reloading Supply. Due to the complexity of federal, state and local laws the customer is responsible for determining if a product is legal to import into his state and locality. We sell only to US delivery addresses and only to US citizens. By ordering from us you are certifying that you are at least 21 years of age, a U.S. citizen and that it is legal for you to receive and possess any products ordered. Due to Federal regulations, you are prohibited from purchasing if you are a minor, drug addict, convicted felons illegal alien, the mentally ill and those convicted of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence.
Additionally, you understand that the products are not reserved until payment has been received. The user understands that discharging, cleaning, or handling ammo and/or firearms may cause exposure to lead, a known hazardous product.
Some items are limited quantity items, please do not order more than the alloted number per day, per household. Powder and primers are alloted number per week per household. A second order for the same item will cancel all.

If you are not completely satisfied with any product you purchase from us, we will replace it with a like item or return the item to us for a full refund. This applies to any items that we make a mistake in or the product is defective. CONDITIONS: This does not apply to Ammunition, Smokeless Powder or Primers which can NOT be returned once shipped. The product must be in the same condition that we shipped it to the customer. The customer may choose to either replace that item with a similar or the same item, or will be refunded the amount in question. In the case of miscounted or the wrong item shipped (not the one on the order), we will replace the items with the correct items (and count). All claims about lost, shortages, miscounted, damaged or missing packages or contents issues must be done within 60 days of shipping and include copies of all packaging and labels. Customer must work with us and the carrier to support any claims, and failure to do so will preclude refunds being issued by USRS. This will include confirming the items and quantity of products for the claim, as well as photographs of any damages.
Once Fired Brass (OFB) Casings. Any OFB that is damaged and can not be used that exceed the number of casings specified on the package will be replaced. Refunds and replacements do NOT apply to casings that just need to be resized/trimmed or primer pockets swaged to resolve minor issues. Reloaders are expected to understand and be compentent in how to reload these types of casings.
Dirty, raw or bulk sale OFB products (usually sold by the pound) will only be replaced if the product does not have the correct weight. Damaged casings will not be refunded or replaced as we have not inspected them and the reloader has assumed that responsibility.
Always make sure you use the correct ammunition and bullets for your firearms. Before ordering, check your state and local laws for all applicable firearms and ammunition regulations.
Items ordered by mistake are not covered by this Guarantee. Should something be ordered by mistake or bullets are ordered when the customer thinks it is actually Ammunition, the guarantee above does not apply. At our discretion, we may accept the return and refund the original purchase price, minus a 5% restocking fee. Customer will be responsible for return shipping and any shipping fees associated in returning the item(s).
