All of our brass has been sorted first Tromels, which remove the 22s, trash and steel casings. Next the we sort by body/rim diameter with Roll Sorters, then by height with SnapSorters. Lastly it is hand sorted to remove nickel, bad and defective cases, and any aluminum that may have slipped through. The brass then may be cleaned with our wet industrial vibratory cleaners (250 lbs at a time) , then dried with a heated corncob mixture to bring out the shine.

When we package the brass, we add an additional 2-3% extra to coverage any shortages and any bad brass we may have missed.
