Brass Processing

All of our brass has been sorted first Tromels, which remove the 22s, trash and steel casings. Next the we sort by body/rim diameter with Roll Sorters, then by height with SnapSorters. Lastly it is hand sorted to remove nickel, bad and defective cases, and any aluminum that may have slipped through. The brass then may be cleaned with our wet industrial vibratory cleaners (250 lbs at a time) , then dried with a heated corncob mixture to bring out the shine.

When we package the brass, we add an additional 2-3% extra to coverage any shortages and any bad brass we may have missed. 

Our once fired 38 Special cases are sorted by size, steel/aluminum/Berdan cases removed. These boxer primed once fired 38 shell casings are wet washed, then dry tumbled. These 38 Special cases are one of your least expensive options for reloading 38 caliber brass

Brass arrived very quickly, and was in good condition. Better than some competitors that I have used in the past. 38 Special once fired brass is great a a way to save money the way things are today. Oh, yeah, the 500 pieces I ordered were very clean. Well order again.

.38 used brass

I recently bought 300 pieces of .38 Special used brass. Out of 300 there was only one piece that had to be discarded because of splitting. That is a mighty small percentage. I'll order again as soon as it comes in stock.

Nice Brass

I bought this brass to use with rubber bullet loads for indoor practice so after depriming I enlarged the primer flash hole and use Magnum primers makes great indoor fun for me and my son. Thanks for the fast shipping and excellent brass I will return for more.    Gary

I had just received my 38SPL brass. As stated in the comments people said you might have some bad ones out of the mix. I did notice when it came in the mail, it said 100+. Out of pure curiosity, I counted it to see if it was more than 100. It ended up in some bags being like one to three more brass casings. I am very pleased, I had to only throw away one brass casing out of my whole 300 that I ordered. Due to the high volume of orders they say it can be awhile for it to be shipped out. I live on the west coast and had gotten my order with in a couple of days. I am very happy and will defiantly continue to order my reloading supplies through US Reloading Supply.
