Due to the current medical and political situation, there is a run on guns, ammo and components. We are shipping as quickly as we can, however, it is taking 3 to 4 days to get shipments out.
After speaking with several manufacturers and distributors, they have stated that their time to deliver has increased from the normal 1 week, to 1 - 3 months. Due to the long lead time in obtaining stock, we have stopped allowing backorders until we can obtain them in a reasonable time.
Please know that we are doing everything we can to fill orders. If current backorders cannot be filled in a reasonable time, we will be cancelling them. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Can I place a backorder? Unfortunately, we can no longer accept backorders. At this point, we do not know when products will be available from our manufacturers, which makes it difficult to manage backorder requests.
When will my order ship? We are working diligently to ship orders out as fast as possible. As you can imagine, when orders increase ten-fold overnight, it creates quite a backlog in our entire process. We ask for your patience during this time.
Can I call in and place an order? You sure can. However, please be aware that all orders are placed on the website whether it be by you or our customer service reps. Every time our customer service rep enters an order on the website, that further delays getting orders shipped and responding to emails, claims, shipping delays and other urgent matters.
